NEPAL
My time in Nepal has come to an end, and I’m leaving with so much love and gratitude for this place and its people. From exploring local culture and mountain life to diving into spiritual practices in their most authentic form, these past weeks have been truly special.
The last 10 days of Vipassana were intense—mental highs, physical discomfort, and a whole lot of sitting upright for 10 hours a day. But it was incredible to see how the mind shifts when you strip everything away. Learning to sit with impermanence, emotions, and cravings without reacting was challenging but so rewarding. As S.N. Goenka would say: May all beings be happy.
Before Vipassana, I spent a week in the Himalayas, surrounded by some of the highest peaks on Earth, getting a glimpse into real Nepali culture and soaking in the grounding energy of the mountains. I was also lucky to be there for Tihar, celebrating with locals and experiencing the beauty of their traditions.
