CLASSES:
60 min
A slow and fluid vinyasa practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite deeper presence.
We begin with a few moments of mindfulness meditation before moving through gentle, supported movements, gradually building towards a soft peak pose.
The class closes with an extended savasana, giving the body time to rest, digest, and settle into deep relaxation.
75 min
A blend of movement and deep rest. We begin with a gentle, fluid vinyasa flow to awaken the body, build warmth, and let energy move.
From there, we ease into an extended sound-infused Savasana, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.
By moving first, we create space to drop more deeply into stillness, supporting a full nervous system reset.
75 min
This session is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience for body, mind, and soul. Using binaural frequencies, we gently guide the nervous system into a parasympathetic state, allowing for profound relaxation and release.
Through brainwave entrainment bowls, we create binaural frequencies that scientifically shift the brain into a meditative state — similar to that blissful moment right before sleep, but while remaining awake.
Think of it as a lazy yet powerful shortcut to deep meditation :-)
30 min / variable
Consistency is key to experiencing the full benefits of meditation. Practicing regularly with a group helps build a habit, deepens your practice, and makes it easier to integrate meditation into daily life.
This is a passion project of mine, sharing meditation with as many people as possible.
The class is digital & donation-based.

Inspired by Qi Gong, this practice blends fluid movement with active engagement, creating a moving meditation that awakens every part of the spine. Through graceful, wave-like motions, we cultivate strength, mobility, and a deeper awareness of the body-mind connection.
Rooted in the Yoga Synergy method, this practice emphasizes safe, controlled movement to enhance circulation, release tension, and support the nervous system. We flow with intention. Gradually bringing our energy down to restore balance and induce deep calm.
