We begin with a few moments of mindful meditation to ground ourselves, arriving fully in the present. From there, we move into a slow and gentle flow, incorporating somatic, embodiment-inspired movements that deepen our connection to intuition and body awareness.

With fluid transitions, we gently elevate the heart rate before gradually slowing down, calming the nervous system, and inviting a sense of ease.

The session concludes with a deeply restorative 10-minute Reiki-infused Savasana, leaving you feeling nourished, balanced, and centered.

YIN YANG
75 min


Experience harmony in this balanced Yin Yang practice. We begin with an energizing, dynamic flow to awaken the body and uplift your energy. As the session unfolds, we transition into a slower pace, grounding ourselves in deeply restorative Yin poses that encourage release, stillness, and inner connection.

Move between flow and rest, strength and surrender — finding balance between Yin & Yang.

BINAURAL SOUND MEDITATION
75 min

This session is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience for body, mind, and soul. Using binaural frequencies, we gently guide the nervous system into a parasympathetic state, allowing for profound relaxation and release.

Through brainwave entrainment bowls, we create binaural beats that scientifically shift the brain into a meditative state — similar to that blissful moment right before sleep, but while remaining awake.

Think of it as a lazy yet powerful shortcut to deep meditation :-)

 
DIGITAL MEDITATOIN CIRCLE
30 min / variable

Consistency is key to experiencing the full benefits of meditation. Practicing regularly with a group helps build a habit, deepens your practice, and makes it easier to integrate meditation into daily life.

This is a passion project of mine, sharing meditation with as many people as possible.

The class is digital & donation-based.

YOGA SYNEGRY

Inspired by Qi Gong, this practice blends fluid movement with active engagement, creating a moving meditation that awakens every part of the spine. Through graceful, wave-like motions, we cultivate strength, mobility, and a deeper awareness of the body-mind connection.

Rooted in the Yoga Synergy method, this practice emphasizes safe, controlled movement to enhance circulation, release tension, and support the nervous system. We flow with intention. Gradually bringing our energy down to restore balance and induce deep calm.
