INSPIRED BY YOGA SYNERGY, VIPASSANA MEDITATION, AND WORKING WITH SOUND, MY SESSIONS ARE INTUITIVE AND GROUNDING, BLENDING GENTLE FLOW, SOMATIC AWARENESS, AND INTENTIONAL TOUCH. WHETHER IT’S THROUGH A GENTLE FLOW, A YIN YANG PRACTICE, YOGA SYNERGY OR BINAURAL SOUND MEDITATION, MY AIM IS TO CREATE A SAFE SPACE FOR EVERYBODY TO BE, RELEASE, AND RECONNECT.
I ALSO HOST A DONATION-BASED MEDITATION CIRCLE, MAKING MEDITATION MORE ACCESSIBLE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD A STEADY PRACTICE.
