WHETHER IT’S THROUGH SOFT FLOW, YIN YANG, YOGA SYNERGY, OR BINAURAL SOUND MEDITATION, MY AIM IS TO CREATE A SPACE WHERE YOU CAN BREATHE, RELEASE, AND RECONNECT.

I ALSO HOST A DONATION-BASED MEDITATION CIRCLE, MAKING MEDITATION MORE ACCESSIBLE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD A STEADY PRACTICE.
